چکیده
Surface charge switch of a 6-carboxyfluorescein (FAM) labeled lysozyme aptamer from negative to positive upon lysozyme binding triggers fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) between an anionic conjugated polymer and the aptamer, which provides a convenient method for lysozyme detection in biological media with high sensitivity and selectivity.

A highly sensitive and selective aptasensor based on graphene oxide fluorescence resonance energy transfer for the rapid determination of oncoprotein PDGF-BB.
Oncoprotein platelet derived growth factor-BB (PDGF-BB) is one of the most critical growth factors that regulates tumor growth and division. In this work, a highly sensitive and selective fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) aptasensor for PDGF-BB detection based on the assembly of dye-labeled aptamer and graphene oxide (GO) is developed for the first time. Due to the non-covalent asse...
متن کاملA positively charged QDs-based FRET probe for micrococcal nuclease detection.
A new strategy for quantitatively detecting micrococcal nuclease (MNase) is proposed using electrostatic interaction-based fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) between positively charged QDs and negatively charged dye-labeled single-stranded DNA (dye-ssDNA). Herein, we have made our attempt to develop a strategy where the variation of FRET efficiency is due to the change of the electro...

A highly tunable layer-by-layer (LbL)-assembled graphene oxide (GO) array has been devised for high-throughput multiplex protein sensing. In this array, the fluorescence of different target-bound aptamers labeled with dye is efficiently quenched by GO through fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET), and simultaneous multiplex target detection is performed by recovering the quenched fluore...
متن کاملSignal-on Protein Detection via Dye Translocation between Aptamer and Quantum Dot.
A unique interaction between the cyanine dye and negatively charged quantum dot is used to construct a signal-on biaptameric quantum dot (QD) Förster resonance energy transfer (FRET) beacon for protein detection and distinct aptamer characterization. The beacon comprises a pair of aptamers, one intercalated with the cyanine dye (YOYO-3) and the other conjugated to a negatively charged, carboxyl...
